Launching Good Egg
I’m launching a site today called Good Egg. The problem it aims to solve is finding good recipes for you, specifically you.
Recipe discovery is a bit of a mess. Recipes are everywhere: they are online, in your cookbooks, etc. Searching for recipes is a mediocre experience and often overwhelming in terms of discerning the quality of one recipe to the next. In short, recipe discovery has almost zero context or relevancy to your tastes and preferences.
My premise* is simple: tell us your favorite recipes (revealing your tastes) and we’ll find you other recipes that you’ll love from people who share your tastes.
